What do I need to be able to settle on 2nd planet?

Gaining new planets.

1) y0u need 2.880 EP = 12 CU. You can check how many yo have in your byuilding yard.
2) Y0u need Colonization center. To build it you need lvl 5 embassy.
3) Y0u need Drop ship and a GOOD planet (good planet is optional). (some planets have less energy income then others. Just look through systems and find the one the have the biggest out put of energy.) To get drop ship you need 400 points of research in Civilian Space travel.
I think that's it.

embassy lvl 10 to build the drop ship if you are a terran.

As long as we have free space in league, we need recruiting. Though, recruiting everything that moves isn't a way to go. We need some stronger people.

so if you crush someone cool and get them begging for forgiveness, if they are high enough and pledge allegiance to Cobra, take them. We can always kick them and glass them again
